Abernathy Rites Set Thursday

Funeral services for Marion Felix Abernathy, of Route 2, Kennesaw, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday from Blanchard funeral chapel in Atlanta. The Rev. W.D. Dillard will officiate and burial will be in Crestlawn Cemetery.

Mr. Abernathy, who died Tuesday at his residence is survived by his wife; three sons, E.H. and D. A., both of Atlanta, and W.T. Abernathy, of Kentucky; four daughters, Mrs. George H. Findley, Mrs. J.N. Thurman, Mrs. T.T. Yarbray and Mrs. LeRoy Davis, all of Atlanta; two brothers, G.W. Abernathy, of Marietta and Seth Abernathy, of Cartersville; two sisters, Mrs. Eliza Gunnin, of Atlanta, and Mrs. O.D. Tinley, of Little Rock, Arkansas; several nieces and nephews.
