Francisco Acosta, 59, of 25 Greenwood Drive, Cartersville, died Sunday, March 14, 1999, at his residence.

He was born February 3, 1940, in Kansas City, Mo., son of the late Porfirio Acosta and Victoria Barrientos Acosta. Mr. Acosta was a dry cleaner for Eastgate Cleaners and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Gina Woods, of Acworth and Mrs. Caroline Gearhart, of Cartersville; one sister, Mrs. Mary Morgan, of California; three brothers, Bob and Ben Acosta, both of California and Junior Acosta of Michigan.

Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the Parnick Jennings Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Joe E. Edwards officiating.

The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. Wednesday at the Parnick Jennings Funeral Home.

The Parnick Jennings Funeral Home, 430 Cassville Road, Cartersville, is in charge of the arrangements.
