Thomas J. Alexander, as principal and Jonathan McDow as security sold North half of lot #6 and lot #7 in Adairsville to Luther D. Barr and Charles A. Hamilton. “Thomas J. Alexander departed this life some time in the year 1851 without making titles to said town lots.”  Barr & Hamilton transferred bond to Thomas Hamilton in 1852 and he asks that titles to the land be given to him by Jonathan McDow, executor of Thomas J.
