Georgia Cass County.

Whereas William Watts, administrator on the estate of Wm. C. Allen, deceased, applies to me for letters dismissory from said administration.

These are therefore to cite and admonish all persons concerned, to be and appear at my office within the time prescribed by law, to show cause, if any they have, why said letters should not be granted.

Ordinary’s Office, February 2d, 1859.

It appearing to me by the petition of A. C. Gunn that Wm. C. Allen, deceased, did in his lifetime execute to said A. C. Gunn, his bond, conditioned to execute titles in fee simple to said A. C. Gunn, to the north half of lot of land number one hundred and ninety-four, containing seventy-five acres more or less, being in the fifteenth district and third section of Cass county; and it further appearing that said Wm. C. Allen departed this life without executing titles to said parcel of land, or in any wise providing therefore; and it further appearing that said A. C. Gunn has paid the full amount of the purchase money of said parcel of land, and the said A. C. Gunn having petitioned this Court to direct Wm. Watts, administrator of the estate of Wm. C. Allen, deceased, to execute titles to him to said parcel of land in conformity with said bond: it is therefore hereby ordered that notice be given in three or more public places, and in the Cassville Standard of such application, that all persons concerned may file their objections in my office, (if any they have) why Wm. Watts, administrator as aforesaid, should not execute titles to said parcel of land in conformity with said bond.

Administrator’s Sale.

Agreeably to an order granted by the Ordinary of Cass county, will be sold before the court house door in the town of Cassville, on the first Tuesday in July next, within the usual hours of sale: the west half of lot of land No. 10, containing 80 acres, more or less; and fraction of lot number 11, containing 42 acres, more or less—all in the 15th district and 3d section of Cass county.  Sold as the property of Wm. C. Allen, deceased, for the benefit of the heirs and creditors.  Terms made known on the day of sale.
