The news of the terrible tragedy at Rome last Monday was received with much regret. Dr. J. B. S. Holmes, a leading physician, shot and killed Mr. DeF. Allgood, his brother-in-law. Both parties have friends in this city who regret very much the unfortunate occurrence |
