Administrator’s Sale

Agreeably to an order of the Ordinary of Cass county, will be sold, on the first Tuesday in August next, before the court house door, in Clarkesville, Habersham county, between the usual hours of sale the following property to wit: Lot of land, No 106, and half of lot No. 87, in the second district of Habersham county.  Sold as the property of John Anderson, deceased, for the benefit of his heirs and creditors.  Terms made known on the day of sale.
