Agreeably to an order of the Ordinary of Cass county, will be sold before the Court House door in the town of Cartersville, on the 1st Tuesday in May next, within the legal hours of sale—

Lot of land No. 580, in the 4th district and 3d section.  Sold as the property of Deborah Armstrong, deceased, to perfect titles.
