To John Thomas Holder, Elizabeth Holder and Emma Baker, of Smith county, State of Texas:

W. H. Baker and James R. Jolly, administrators with the will annexed, of Pleasant Baker, having applied for probate, at the May term, 1877, of the Court of Ordinary of said county, of the will of said Pleasant Baker, in solemn form.  You and each of you are required and cited to be and appear at the Ordinary’s office in the court house in Cartersville, said county; at the regular May term, 1877, of the Court of Ordinary, to attend the probate of the said will.  This February 13th, 1877.
