We learn with regret that information has been received at Washington, from Amos B, Corwine, Esqr., U. S. Consul at Panama, of the death, within his Consular District, of WILLIAM BEARDEN, late of Adairsville, Cass county, Georgia.

Mr. Corwine states that the deceased left a small sum of money, say $86, and 15 cents, out of which his funeral expenses are to be paid.
