Bartow County—Adairsville.”

The mortal remains of C. W. Berry were carried to Covington, Ga., Monday morning on the down train near which place he was buried. Mr. Berry was a stranger in this section, but he was easily approached and was not long in establishing himself here and soon found all the work he could do. He was stricken down with that fatal typhoid fever, and though surrounded by his best friend his mother, and with all the other possible aid, death relieved him of his sufferings at 2 o’clock Sunday evening. Mr. Berry was a kinsman of our esteemed fellow citizen Mr. Monroe Jackson.
