Dr. J. W. F. Best has applied for permanent letters of administration on the estate of Mrs. Sarah V. H. Best, deceased, late of said county.  This is therefore to cite all persons concerned to be and appear at my office on the first Monday in June 1886, and show cause if any they can, why permanent administration should not be granted to J. W. F. Best on Mrs. Sarah V. H. Best’s estate.  Witness my hand and official signature this 3rd day of May, 1886.
