Distressing Accident.

We learn with regret that a Mr. BOWLES was accidentally shot a few days since near Cartersville, by E. D. PUCKETT, Esq., and that he died from the wound on Friday last.  Bowles was lying in the woods asleep, near the residence of Mr. P. who was out shooting at a wild turkey, when a part of a load aimed at the turkey entered the body of the unfortunate man.  An inquest was held by the Coroner, and a verdict rendered in accordance with the circumstances.
