Willie Mae "Nan" Bozeman, 89, died Saturday Feb. 27, 1999, in Plantation, Fla. Mrs. Bozeman was born on Oct. 31, 1909, in Cartersville. She moved from Atlanta in 1959 to Hialeah, Fla., to live with her daughter Doris Grogan. The last 23 years had been spent in Davie, Fla., with Doris and her family. She was preceded in death by parents Nathan and Nancy Head of Cartersville; five brothers, Milton, Floyd, Isaac, Earl and Nathon Jr.; and a sister, Mary Head Winkle. "Nan" is survived by her daughter, Doris Bozeman Grogan of Davie, Fla.; grandson, Jesse Neil Grogan; granddaughter, Laurie Grogan Powers; and great grandson Richard Neil Ericson, all of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; sister, Lois Head Ellenburg of Cartersville; and 18 nephews and nieces. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 4, at Fred Hunter's University Drive Home in Davie, Fla. A graveside committal service will be held Sunday, March 7, in the Chapel at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Cartersville.
