Administrator’s Sale.

By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow County, will be sold on the first Tuesday in July, 1872, before the Court House door in Cartersville, said county, between the legal sale hours, the tract of land in said county, whereon Joel Brawner resided at the time of his death, the same being Lot. No. 253, in the 23d Dist. and 2d Section of said county, containing 160 acres, more or less, about one-third of said Lot cleared and in a state of cultivation, the balance well timbered.  Sold for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said deceased.  Terms of sale cash.  This 14th day of May, 1872.
