INFORMATION WANTED.
Widow of Confederate Soldier Asks For Aid.

THE NEWS has received a note from ex-Sheriff Lee Burrough, who is now doing business at Emerson, asking for information concerning Burrell W. Brown, Co. H., 60th Ga. Regiment.  It is hoped that old confederates will bestir themselves and come forward with the information.  The note is as follows:

To The Editor of The News:

Mrs. Brown wants to find some one who was in the 60th Ga. Regiment, Co. H  Burwell W. Brown was a member of that regiment and company.  Mrs. Matilda Brown, his widow, is entitled to a pension, but cannot get it without proving that her husband was in that regiment and company.  Will you be so kind as to publish this in your paper that you may help her to find some one of the members of his company and regiment.

Yours,
L. Burrough.
