In Memoriam.

Sunday evening, October 16th, 1892, the death angel visited the home of our friend and brother Lee Burrough, and carried away the pure spirit of his granddaughter Avery, daughter of J. B. and Rose Burrough.

The subject of this brief memoir was a bright little girl of five or six summers, she was the pet of the home in which she lived—the idol of her father and mother—the favorite of all who knew her.

Her little form has been missed many times by friends who loved her, and admired her sunny face, and happy disposition. But the parents and grand-parents feel the loss most keenly.

There will never be a sun rise, or a sun set, but what these bereaved ones will look by faith through open doors, and see beyond, the pure spirit of little Avery, at rest in the arms of Jesus
