“ Bartow County—Ladds.”

A shadow has spread itself over our entire community by the death of little Maggie the four year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Cain. She was a favorite of the family, being bright and winning in her ways. She was patient throughout her suffering but the fatal disease of diphtheria got beyond the physicians’ control. She was interred at Oak Hill cemetery last Saturday. The bereaved parents have the sympathy of our community. Little Julia, daughter of the bereft, Mr. and Mrs. Cain, is very sick.
