Georgia –Bartow County.

Whereas Jane A. Caldwell, widow of James C. Caldwell, has applied to have set apart for herself and four minor children a twelve months support from the estate of said James C. Caldwell and appraisers having made return of the same. Therefore all persons concerned are hereby cited to file their objections, if any they have, in my office within the time prescribed by law, else the same will be passed upon and allowed on the first Monday in February next.
