Dr. H. H. Cary, father of our fellow townsman, Mr. H. E. Cary, died at his home in LaGrange, Ga., Monday evening, after only a few hours of illness.  Dr. Cary was seventy-nine years old, and has been a prominent citizen in his section for many years, taking an active part in the development of his city and county.  He was at one time fish commissioner of Georgia, and in that capacity visited every section of that state.
