Fatal Affray

We learn from reliable authority that Mr. TOM CHISOLM (brother of Col. E. D. Chisolm) was killed in Cedar Town, on Monday last, by Mr. Morrison of the same place.  The particulars we have not learned.  The case is now under investigation.
