Letters of Administration. Mary A. Clemmons on the estate of Henry A. Clemmons, late of Bartow county. ********************************* The Cartersville News Leave to Sell Land. Mrs. M. A. Clemons, administrator of Henry A. Clemons, applies to sell the real estate of the deceased and “lot of land No. 250, in the 9th district and 5th section of Carroll county, the same being Wild Land, at private sale.” ********************************* September 4, 1873 By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, will be sold on the first Tuesday in October 1873, at the Court House door in said county, between the legal sale hours, the following property, to wit: One acre of land, being a part of lot No. 101. in the 16th Dist. and 3rd Sect. of said County, near Hall’s Mill, on the W. & A. R. R., with an unfinished Store House on said lot, 30 by 40 feet; sold as the property of Henry A. Clemons, deceased, for the benefit of the Heirs and Creditors of said deceased. Terms of sale cash. – This, Sept. 2nd, 1873.
