Miss Lizzie Cobb.

The death of Miss Lizzie Cobb occurred at her home on Erwin street on Sunday morning.  Since the death of her father, several years ago, Miss Lizzie, with her sister, Mrs. Wilkes, had occupied the old home.  Her illness was of two weeks duration.  She was a member of the Baptist church, and a devout Christian.  She was the daughter of the late Mr. Humphrey W. Cobb and a sister of Messrs. Geo. S. Cobb and John H. Cobb.

The funeral occurred on Monday, the services being conducted by Rev. A. W. Bealer, assisted by Revs. Allen and Craig.
