Administrator’s Sale. By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, will be sold on the first Tuesday in November next, 1887, at the Court House door in said county, between the legal sale hours, the tract of land whereon Edmund Cullinana resided at the time of his death, containing 200 acres, more or less, being lots of land Nos. 1064, 1065, 1066, 1067 and 1094, in the 21st District and 2d section of Bartow county. About 40 acres cleared, in good state of cultivation, balance well timbered. Improvements, 2 small frame houses and 2 stables, good bold spring, free stone. A small creek runs through lot No. 1094, and branches on other parts of the land. Terms cash. Sold as the property of the estate of Edmund Cullinana, for distribution and payment of debts.
