Administrator’s Sale.

By virtue of an order of the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, will be sold before the court house door, in Cartersville, said county, on the first Tuesday in November, 1877, within the legal hours of sale, the following property, to wit:  40 acres more or less, of land, being a square in the southwest corner of lot No. 146, in the 6th district and 2nd section, said county, about 5 acres cleared, balance timbered.  Sold as the property of Elizabeth Davis, deceased, for the benefit of the heirs of said deceased.  Terms, one-third cash, the balance on a credit of 12 months, interest from date.  This Oct. 1st, 1877.
