Died in Kingston on the morning of the 6th, Mrs. I. B. Davis, after several weeks suffering with typhoid pneumonia.  She was a good woman, a pure Christian and died with faith.  She was a constant and honored member of the Baptist Church.  Her pastor, Rev. D. W. Dyer, conducted the funeral services, and on the 7th at 2 p. m., her remains were followed to the cemetery by a great majority of our citizens, showing that she was beloved by all.
