Killed on the Cincinnati Southern.

Sunday morning Colonel W. B. Neely and a small party were on engine, on the Cincinnati Southern near Cave Springs, when it collided with a car in front, causing the death of a Mr. Davis, who went from this place, and a negro man, name Jerry Roberts, from Marietta.  According to the Times, of Chattanooga, we learn that they had been ordered to get off the pilot, but had failed to do so.  Mr. Davis is said to have had on his person, and due him from the company, near two hundred dollars.
