Estate of Frances E. Dent.

Georgia, Bartow County.

Whereas, A. C. McDonald, of said county, claiming to be executrix of the nuncupative will of Frances E. Dent, has filed said nuncupative will in my office for probate at the regular term of the court of ordinary to be held for said county on the first Monday in March, 1878.  You, Mrs. E. C. Bee, Alexander T. Dent, Stephen C. Dent and John G. Dent, next of kin are hereby cited and summoned to be and appear at the ordinary’s office in the court house of said county at Cartersville on the first Monday in March, 1878, then and there to attend the probate of said will and to contest the same if you desire.

And whereas, it appears to the court that two of the heirs, to-wit: John G. Dent and Stephen C. Dent, reside without the limits of the State of Georgia.  Ordered that this citation be published once a week for four weeks before said Term in The Cartersville Express.
