A Sad Death.

Little Bessie, the bright and interesting little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Asa Dobbs, died at their home Sunday night, of pneumonia. She was taken ill suddenly while at school at West End Institute, on Friday last. She was the only child of her parents who have lost four others within the last few years.

The funeral took place from the West End Institute at 10:30 Monday morning, the school marching in a body from the home to the school. Rev. W. H. Patterson officiated.
