Leave to Sell Real Estate.

E. T. Drake, Adm’r of the estate of Hartwell Drake, deceased, applies to sell the land belonging to the estate.

Administrator’s Sale.

Georgia Bartow County. – By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of said county, will be sold on the first Tuesday in December next, at the court house door in Cartersville in said county, between the legal sale hours the tract of land in said county whereon Hartwell Drake resided at the time of his death containing 120 acres more or less, and composed of fraction No. 9 in the 15th dis. 3rd sec. and the east half of lot No. 9 in 6th dis. 3rd sec. of said county.  On the fraction is about 25 acres cleared land, the balance well timbered, with good dwelling house and good out buildings.  On lot No. 9 there is about 15 acres cleared land, the balance finely timbered with good dwelling house on the place but no out buildings.  Running water on this lot.  Each tract will be sold separate, sold as the property of Hartwell Drake deceased, for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said deceased.  Terms of sale cash.
