Mrs. SARAH EDWARDS, and aged and estimable lady of this city, died in great triumph, at the residence of A. A. Skinner, on Sabbath morning last.  Mrs. LAND, also a citizen and estimable lady, and one of the nearest neighbors of the deceased, died in like manner, at the residence of Jesse James, on Monday night last.
