Administrator’s Sale.

Agreeably to an order of the Ordinary of DeKalb co., will be sold before the court house door in the town of Cassville, on the 1st Tuesday in June next, within the legal hours of sale, one town lot in Kingston, No. 53, containing 50 feet front of the public square, running back east 125 feet.  Also will be sold on the 1st Tuesday in July next, before the court house door in the county of Polk, lot of land No. 135, in the 19th dist., and 2d section.  All sold as the property of Martin V. Elliott, deceased, late of DeKalb county.
