DIED, At his residence in Cass county, on the 14th inst., after a protracted illness, Rev. WILLIAM FAIN, aged about 54 years. ******************** September 30, 1852 Letters of Administration. Wm. T. Fain & George J. Fain on the estate of Wm. Fain, late of Cass county. ******************** October 7, 1852 OBITUARY. “O death, stern archer, could not one suffice?” Whereas, in the all-wise Providence of God, two worthy brother Masons have been called from time to eternity, to-wit: Brother WALTON WYLY and Brother WM. FAIN. Therefore Resolved, D. M. Hood, ******************** December 30, 1852 Petition To Execute Title. William Fain, deceased, sold lot #210 and lot #211 in the 5th dist., 3rd sect. of Cass county to Thomas A. Sullivan, but died before he executed title to the lands. Thomas A. Sullivan requests that title to the land be granted to him by Wm. P. Fain and George J. Fain, administrators of William Fain. ********************** The Standard Letters of Dismission. G. J. and W.
