Petition to Execute Title.

Charles N. Mason claims that on December 16, 1848, John B. Fisher, “then in life but now deceased” made and executed a bond to G. W. Morrow, using land in 486 acres of land in 17th dist, 3d section of land in Cass County as collateral.  “Sometime in the year 1850” John B. Fisher died without giving title to the land to G. W. Morrow or Charles Mason. A copy of the original agreement is also published.
