To all whom it may concern.

R. I. Battle has applied for permanent letters of administration on the estate of Sarah Fortenberry, late of said county, deceased.  This is to cite all and singular the creditors and next of kin of said Sarah Fortenberry to be and appear at my office within the time allowed by law to show cause if any they can, why permanent administration should not be granted to R. I. Battle on Sarah Fortenberry’s estate, else same will be granted on the first Monday in July 1886,   Witness my hand and official signature this 11th day of May, 1886.
