Whereas the Estate of Wm. P. Foster, deceased, late of said county, is in a state of dereliction, whereby creditors are likely to suffer delay and loss:

These are therefore to cite and admonish all persons concerned to be and appear at my office within the time prescribed by law to show cause, why the administration of said Estate should not be given to the clerk of the Superior Court or other proper person, as the law directs.

Administrator’s Sale.

Agreeably to an order from the Ordinary of Cass county, will be sold before the court house door in the town of Cassville, on the first Tuesday in September next, between the legal hours of sale:

Lot of land No. 776, in the 21st district and 2d section.  Sold as the property of Wm. P. Foster, deceased.  Terms made known on the day of sale.
