Death of Mrs. Susana Freesleben.

We regret to learn of the death of this lady which occurred at West point, Ga., the 15th inst.  It was but a few months ago when she was led to the hymeneal altar by an old acquaintance of ours, Mr. A. Freesleben, of West Point.  She was the daughter of Mr. E. Mayer, of this town, and sister of Mr. L. Mayer, of the New York store.  The friends of the deceased have our sympathy in their sad bereavement. [A notice of the death also appears on page 3 of the January 26, 1877 issue stating that she was buried in Atlanta.  A poem can be found on the same page “Human Life, In Memory of Mrs. S. Freisleben.”]
