Death of Mr. Fickle.

Mrs. C. T. Jones was called to Blountville, Tenn., last week by the serious illness of her father, Mr. R. P. Fickle, and Mr. Jones has received the sad intelligence that he expired on Sunday last.

Mr. Fickle was seventy-three years old, and was the father of five children, all of whom, except Mrs. Jones, live in Tennessee. He was a prominent citizen in his section and greatly beloved for his Christian virtues by a large circle of friends. His wife preceded him to the grave about two years ago. Mrs. Jones has the sympathy of the community in her sad bereavement.
