Whereas Isaac Fricks died, leaving a considerable estate, which is now in a state of dereliction:

These are therefore to cite and admonish all persons concerned, to be and appear at my office on the 1st Monday in April next, to show cause, if any they have, why letters of administration should not be issued according to law.
