Georgia—Bartow County –Ordinary’s office, Oct. 21st, 1872. –John H. Fuller, Executor of the last will and testament of Solomon Fuller, deceased, has applied for leave to sell the lands belonging to the estate of said deceased in terms of his will. This is therefore to cite all persons concerned to file their objections, if any they have, within the time prescribed by law, else leave will be granted applicant, as applied for. ******************** December 5, 1872 Executor’s Sale. By virtue of an order of the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, Ga., will be sold before the Court House door in Cartersville, said county, within the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in February, 1873, the following real estate, to-wit: lot of land No. 209, in the 23d District and 2d section of said county, containing 160 acres more or less, about 75 acres cleared, the balance well timbered, situated on Sillaquoy creek, with good spring water, sold as the property of Solomon Fuller, deceased, in terms of the Will of said deceased, for the benefit of the heirs of said deceased. Terms of sale, cash. December 4th, 1872. |
