Mrs. Lucy Bacon Fulton. Died at Decatur, Georgia, March 4th, 1892, Mrs. Lucy Brown Fulton. She was the wife of Mr. Thomas H. Fulton, of Decatur, the daughter of Col. Thomas J. Bacon, of LaGrange, and a sister of Mr. S. W. Bacon, of Atlanta Mr. G. M. Bacon, of Albany, and Mrs. J. A. Baker, of Cartersville. Her remains were carried on Sunday to LaGrange and laid beside her father and mother. From her early childhood she was a devoted member of the Baptist church. She was lovely in person and character. She was like a beautiful poem. Every one who knew her loved her. God took her because he wanted the beautiful flower to transplant in paradise. Her light has not gone out, for she is a beacon light, guiding her loved ones to the heavenly shores. --- X. |
