Mr. Reuben Judson Gay Sr., age 70, Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Cartersville, died Saturday, Feb. 19, 2000 at Cartersville Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, Feb. 25, 2000 at the Greater Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Cartersville, with Rev. Michael Sutton and other ministers officiating.

His remains will lie in state at the funeral home on Thursday, Feb 24, 2000.  The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 24, 2000 at Greater Mt. Olive Baptist Church and the remains will lie in state one hour before the service.

Interment is in Oak Hill Cemetery.
