We have a very sad death in our community recently, that of Mrs. Lora Gemes.

Mrs. Lora Gemes died last week, at the home of Mr. Joe Tom Jolly, after an illness of many months.  She leaves two little children behind her, who are now being cared for by Mr. and Mrs. Isbell, and we are sure that these two little children could not have fallen into better hands.
