“Crimes and Casualties.”

J. V. Gillespie and wife, of Chillicothe, Mo., locked themselves in a room and engaged in a violent quarrel.  Gillespie was shot three times and his wife’s throat was cut almost from ear to ear.  Both are thought to be fatally injured.
