A Good Investment.

By virtue of an agreement made and properly executed by the heirs at law of Drucilla Guyton, late of said county, deceased, all of said heirs being of age, to-wit: Mary Hays, wife of J. B. Hays, Nancy Logan, wife of J. C. P. Logan. William Guyton and myself, I will sell to the highest bidder before the court house door in the city of Cartersville, said State and county, on the first Tuesday in December next, within the legal hours of sale, the following property, to-wit:  Eighty acres of land, more or less, being the west half of lot of land No. 235, in the 5th district and 3rd section of Bartow county, originally Cherokee county.  Titles perfect, and sold to pay the debts of the estate of Drucilla Guyton, and for division between the aforementioned heirs.  There is on the said land a fine iron ore bank, pronounced by the experts as of the very best quality of magnetic ore.  There are about 50 acres in cultivation of best upland, balance covered by splendid forest.  Some improvements on property.  This sale offers a fine opportunity for a good home.  Terms one half cash, balance in 12 months, with 10 per cent interest.  Bond for titles given.  This 30 Oct. 1877.

D. J. Guyton, Agent.
