Administrators Sale. By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Bartow county, will be sold before the court house door in Cartersville, Bartow county, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in April next, between the legal hours of sale, the following property to wit: all of lot No 279, except fifty acres in the south-east corner, all of lot No. 280, both in the 6th district and 3rd section, said county, containing 270 acres, more or less, lying on Pine Log creek, in said county, a considerable portion of said land cleared and in cultivation, well improved, and finely watered. Sold as the property of Anson Halcomb, deceased, for the purpose of distribution among the heirs of said deceased, terms of sale, cash. This March 4th, 1878. W. H. King |
