Mrs. Emmett Hamby passed away at her home in this city Sunday afternoon.  Her death casts a glom over the whole town.  The husband and nine children mourn the loss of a devoted wife and mother.  The children are all young.  These and many relatives have the sympathy of all. The body was laid to rest at Oothcaloga cemetery Monday.  Rev. A. J. Morgan conducted the services.

Mr. and Mrs. Fuller, Mrs. Abston, Mrs. Smith, Mrs. Sherman and other relatives from a distance were here for the funeral.
