Sad Death.

Mrs. Ollie Hargis, of Acworth, died at her home Tuesday night. The remains were carried to Cass Station and buried yesterday morning, the funeral taking place from the old Hargis home, at 11 o’clock. The deceased was originally a Miss Roberts, of West Point. She leaves besides her husband, several small children.

The blow is a sad one to the husband, who is a well known railroad man, being a son of Mr. O. P. Hargis, of Rome, and a nephew of Capt. R. R. Hargis, of this city.

Relatives from this city attended the funeral. The services were conducted by Rev. W. H. Patterson.

The remains were interred at the Hargis family burial ground.
