Georgia Cass County Whereas the Estate of Elizabeth Harrell, deceased, is unrepresented: These are therefore to admonish all persons concerned to be and appear at my office within the time prescribed by law to show cause, if any they have, why letters of administration on said estate should not be granted to the Clerk of the Superior or Inferior Court—as the law directs. Given under my hand at office, this May 5, 1859. J. W. Watts, Ord’ry. ******************** December 8, 1859 Administrator’s Sale. Agreeably to an order of the Ordinary of Cass county, will be sold before the court house door in Cassville on the 1st Tuesday in February next, within the legal hours of sale: Lot of land No. 1110, in the 17th district and 3d section of said county. Sold as the property of Elizabeth Harrell, deceased, late of Cass county. Terms made known on the day of sale. Samuel Harrell, Administrator.
