“ Kingston.”

Another sad death in Kingston. Mrs. J. L. Hayes died at 4 o’clock, a . m., December 11 th, after several weeks of suffering, and little son, two years old, died only a few days before the mother, and their little daughter, about seven years old, is critically ill, but little hope of recovery. Mrs. Hayes left three little motherless children; the little sick one, a little boy, about four years old, and an infant five weeks old. Mr. Hayes is nearly heartbroken by the death of his companion and the little boy, and he has but little hope of his sweet little daughter recovering; really his cup of sorrow is running over. He has the sympathy of the entire community in this, the saddest hour of his affliction. Mrs. Hayes was interred in the Kingston cemetery on the 12 th inst., Rev. R. P. Martyn, officiating.
