Last Rites Held For Mrs. E. L. Herren

Funeral services for Mrs. Ernestine Linwood Herren, 48, of 1091 Hudson Drive, NE Atlanta were held Monday afterenoon at 2:30 at Bethel Baptist Church. The Rev. G. W. Cain and the Rev. A. C. Holbrook officiated. Internment was in West View Cemetery, with Albert M. Dobbins Funeral Home in charge.

Mrs. Herren is a former resident of Smyrna.

Survivors are her husband, Ernest L, Herren Sr., Atlanta; one daughter, Mrs. William M. Wood, Jackson, Miss, one son Ernest L. Herren Jr., Atlanta; two grandchildren; parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Byrd, Smyrna; grandmother, Mrs. Ella Bowles, Smyrna; two sisters, Mrs. Merle Smith, Balti-more, Md; Mrs. F. L. Lutz, Marietta; one brother. R. C. Byrd Jr., Jacksonville, Fla.

The Herrens made their home in Cartersville for several years and while here made many friends.
